Danny Barreto, associate professor of LGBTQ studies and director of the LGBTQ studies program, was named a NY6 Mellon Academic Leadership Fellow by the New York Six Liberal Arts Consortium.

New research from ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ changes our understanding of seasonal thawing in parts of Antarctica, as scientists have learned that summer thawing occurs nearly a month earlier, and stays thawed for a full two months longer, than previously believed.
