While influenza is not uncommon this time of year, there has been an increase in the number of students reporting flu-like symptoms this week.

With the approach of family weekend this Friday through Sunday, I wanted to reach out with a brief update from campus.

The weeks since my last update have been dynamic, and I write with further information as we anticipate homecoming festivities this weekend.

This week, for the first time, ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ will observe the annual holiday of Juneteenth; because the holiday falls on a Saturday this year, our observance will take place Friday, June 18.
