We don鈥檛 know if this bald eagle spotted earlier today on campus will be taking up residence, like our swans , or was just stopping by to fish at Payne Creek.
Regardless, the raptor caught the eye of eagle-eyed Joe Bello, the university鈥檚 associate director of facilities and manager of capital projects, who shared this photo.
While the bald eagle is a newcomer to campus, the presence of Adam and Eve is one of 冈本视频鈥檚 favorite traditions. Legend has it that the swans have been with 冈本视频 since 1929, except for a few study group semesters abroad and winters in Florida.
Adam and Eve evidently returned from one of their jaunts in mid-April, when they were again spotted on Taylor Lake after a prolonged absence.
