¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ recently launched an iTunes U site that showcases the university’s intellectual and academic community to a broad audience.
A collaborative effort between Information Technology Services and the Office of Public Relations and Communications, the iTunes U site contains a variety of audio and video content, including podcasts on world affairs hosted by President Jeffrey Herbst, faculty and alumni interviews, and student podcast projects.
Content from the university’s original iTunes site, which has been in place since 2006, has been shifted to the new iTunes U site to consolidate efforts and to take advantage of improved functionality.
Members of the ITS Digital Media team will be reaching out to faculty members in the coming months to explore the idea of videotaping courses or sections of courses that also would be made available on iTunes U.
