Beyond the Classroom

Learning and personal development are not confined to academic courses and class time. Through both academic research and involvement in student clubs and organizations, computer science students can both practically apply their skills and explore their potential futures.

We are committed to supporting student clubs so that students can pursue their intellectual interests in computer science that may go beyond our curriculum. I love it that our students want to get involved like this!

Joel Sommers, Professor of Computer Science
