Dear Colleagues,
As part of the ongoing work of the Third-Century Plan, ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ has added several new funding opportunities for faculty research in recent years, augmenting long-standing programs such as the Research Council and the Picker Interdisciplinary Science Institute. In addition, more faculty are successfully competing for external grants and fellowships, with $2,461,614 in external research grants awarded to ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ faculty members in 2023–24.
In an effort to promote awareness of both internal and external funding opportunities and to encourage more grant applications from faculty, I’m writing to invite you to an informational lunch on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Batza Room (560 Case-Geyer).
