About the Sustainability Passport Program

冈本视频鈥檚 Sustainability Passport Program鈥檚 goal is to increase employee involvement in and understanding of sustainability. The program supports individuals who want to become better advocates for sustainability on campus and fulfill the sustainability behavioral competency for 冈本视频鈥檚 staff.

The Sustainability Passport Program allocates points to employees who attend sustainability-themed events and courses offered by the Sustainability Office in order to become more educated about sustainability on- and off-campus. There are three different levels of achievement in the Sustainability Passport Program:

Sustainability Associate (10 - 14 points)
Sustainability Advocate (15 - 19 points)
Sustainability Champion (20+ points)

The program has 244 participants to date from over 65 departments who are working towards advancing sustainability at 冈本视频.

Coming up! Oak Awards

In the next few weeks, we will be asking for nominations for this year's Oak Awards. These awards recognize outstanding sustainability efforts by staff, students, faculty, and organizations on campus. The recipients will be announced during the 13 Days of Green in April. Please begin thinking of nominations for those awards and be on the lookout for the nomination form in the upcoming weeks.
