Your health improves after you stop smoking or vaping. Cutting back or quitting improves your well-being while reducing risk of cancer, heart disease, and other chronic conditions. Through UR Medicine’s Center for Community Health and Prevention (CCHP) and the Wilmot Cancer Institute (WCI) you can quit smoking for good. There are a variety of cessation services, both virtually and in person, to meet your needs.
